Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or personal development, each session will be adapted to address your specific concerns with care and professionalism. A range of therapeutic approaches may be integrated into our work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and talking therapies. This pluralistic approach aims to provide you with effective strategies and resources to navigate challenges and foster personal growth. To maintain a safe and confidential environment, it is essential that you attend sessions from a private, quiet location. Please be aware that, in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines, online counselling sessions must not be recorded by either party under any circumstances.
