Service Description
During your free in-person counselling introduction, I will carry out an intake assessment. This initial conversation helps me understand your background, current challenges, and therapy goals. Please feel free to ask questions and express any concerns you may have during this time.
Cancellation Policy
please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation. If I am unable to attend the session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, I will provide you with as much notice as possible with the opportunity to rearrange for another date.
