Counselling is a deeply personal journey, and it is important that you feel safe, understood, and supported throughout. I offer in-person sessions at Callendar House, Falkirk, in a confidential and comfortable setting. Please find below important information about what to expect during our time together. What to Expect During Your In-Person Pluralistic Counselling Session at Callendar House, Falkirk In-person counselling sessions are designed to offer a structured yet flexible framework, tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or personal development, each session will be adapted to address your specific concerns with care and professionalism. A range of therapeutic approaches may be integrated into our work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and talking therapies. This pluralistic approach aims to provide you with effective strategies and resources to navigate challenges and support your personal growth. Sessions are held in a private, comfortable room within Callendar House, providing a confidential and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and experiences. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the session from taking place as planned, we will either arrange an alternative time or, if appropriate, offer the option of a remote session. Cancellation Policy
Fees must be made via bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance of the session. I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation otherwise full payment will be due. If I am unable to attend the session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, I will provide you with as much notice as possible with the opportunity to rearrange for another date.
