How do I book a session?You can arrange a session by completing the enquiry form and I will be in touch to arrange an initial appointment with you. Additionally, I provide services in both English and Polish to better accommodate a diverse clientele. How can I raise a complaint?If you feel I have breached the COSCA ethical framework or you are unhappy with the service, please raise your concerns with me first so we can try to resolve it. If unresolved, you can make a formal complaint through the COSCA Complaints Procedure.

What if Mila Taylor Counselling needs to cancel a session?If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a chance to reschedule. You will also be informed ahead of any planned holidays or days off.

What is supervision and how is my information used?Supervision is a professional support process I regularly attend to ensure ethical practice and competence. Any information shared during supervision is anonymised to protect your identity.

How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?Payment of £60 per session must be made via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full.

What happens if there are technical problems during an online session?If internet issues arise, we can either continue the session over the phone or reschedule—whichever you prefer.

What is confidentiality in counselling?Everything discussed in our sessions is strictly confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if: There is a serious risk of harm to you or others. I am required to do so by a court order.
