I offer online pluralistic counselling sessions via Google Meet, providing a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for you to explore your challenges remotely.  As a qualified bilingual therapist, a Registered Member of both the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA) I am proud to offer sessions in both English and Polish ensuring that you can express yourself comfortably in the language that feels most natural to you. I am listed on the PSA Accredited Register, ensuring you receive support that is both ethical and independently verified

My Pluralistic approach means that I do not believe in a "one size fits all" method; instead, I collaborate with you to tailor our work using a diverse range of approaches such as CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic therapy to suit your individual needs and goals.

Session Information

Preparing for your online session

  • Platform: All online sessions are conducted securely via Google Meet.  You will be sent a meeting link once your session is confirmed.

  • Environment: It is essential that you attend your session from a private, quiet, and confidential space where you feel safe to speak freely without being overheard or interrupted

  • Audio Quality & Privacy: I highly recommend using headphones.  This not only improves audio quality but provides an extra layer of privacy for our conversation.

  • Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your device is sufficiently charged or plugged in before the session starts.

  • Recording Policy: To protect the therapeutic relationship and your privacy, online sessions must not be recorded by either party under any circumstances.

Technical Troubleshooting

While we strive for a seamless experience, technology can sometimes be unpredictable.

  • Connectivity Issues:  If we experience unexpected technical difficulties with the internet on either side, we can continue the session over the phone or re-arrange for another time, depending on your preference

  • Advanced Payment:  To ensure your session time is secured, fees must be paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance.
